Responsibilities:

• To identify the training needs of technicians/apprentices of the various maintenance departments
• To plan, develop, implement and monitor training programmes and materials for technicians/apprentices
• To ensure the training programmes are delivered at high quality standards according to the Training and Development Policy and Procedures
• To identify and coordinate with external trainers for delivery of training programmes as appropriate
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as necessary from time to time

Requirements:

• Higher Certificate or above in any relevant engineering discipline
• 5 years relevant experience in practical training of technicians/apprentices in any E&M/Building Services discipline
• Possession of relevant Trade Test Certificates is an advantage
• Well-versed in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
