Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project administration, cost control and budgeting, preparation of contractual documents and handling contractual claims.
• Monitor project financial status.
• Review of correspondence and give advice on responses regarding contractual matters to safeguard company’s interests.
• Record the claim & VO & payment submissions & assessments.

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 8 years relevant working experiences in contract administration, experience on Lift and Escalator’s project is a plus.
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Strong time management and organisation skills to meet deadlines.
• Good analytic, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
