職責:
- 負責提供專業及友善的電話服務;
- 接聽及解答客人的查詢和投訴
要求:
- 沒有學歷要求
- 良好粵語; 一般普通話; 一般英語;
- 略懂讀寫中文; 略懂讀寫英文;
- 懂Microsoft Office
- 具有基本電腦操作知識
