The four-year project is a milestone for Anlev and has added
tremendous value to the system, its users and the neighbouring
community. We wish to express our gratitude to the Anlev team
for their tireless contribution, our clients and the community for
their support, and everyone who has helped us during the course
of the project.

中環至半山自動扶梯系統更新項目是集團本年度重點工程之一。
項目為期四年，由2018年3月開始至2022年4月竣工。這份重大的
工程合約由運輸署及機電工程署委任集團旗下安力電梯有限公司
（「Anlev」）負責，對集團升降機和自動梯業務而言意義重大，更
是Anlev有史以來最大型合約之一。

中環至半山自動扶梯系統於1993年正式啟用，全長逾800米，由皇后
大道中至干德道共橫跨九條街道，日以繼夜為社區服務，至2010年
代需進行翻新及現代化工程，以提升服務品質和符合最新安全標準。

工程共分為11期，由干德道開始分階段更換扶手電梯和行人道。項目
位處香港市中心的獨特社區，覆蓋商業區到食肆、歷史建築，一直貫
穿至住宅區，因而受到各持份者的高度關注。我們成功克服眾多技術
和其他方面的挑戰，確保工程品質優良並準時交付，維繫和諧的社區
鄰里關係。

工程項目的其中一項重大挑戰，來自狹窄的工地和現有系統的物理限
制，例如扶手電梯簷篷和現有結構柱，全部不能替換或改動。儘管如
此，我們制定了應對方案，將設備拆分成多個細小部件，吊運至狹窄
工地進行組裝。

另外一項挑戰是如何讓起重機進入社區的狹窄街道，而不阻塞交通
