(Senior) Corporate Communications Officer (REF: CC/SCCO)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute corporate communications and corporate social responsibility strategies, implement and monitor related campaigns through media and investor relations, event management, advertising, awards and sponsorship;
  • Execute events to engage internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to staff annual dinner, anniversary celebration events and initiatives, sports tournaments and networking events;
  • Plan and manage production of corporate and marketing collaterals for the Group and business units, including but not limited to online and print newsletters, press releases, brochures, catalogues, advertisements, speeches, presentations and corporate premiums;
  • Plan, develop and manage content for effective communications and enhancing brand awareness on website and social media platforms;
  • Support in annual and interim results announcement and production of annual and interim reports;
  • Manage design and production of layout, content and set-up for events and exhibition booths;
  • Manage photos shooting (portraits, projects and events) and production of videos for the Group, business units and for any communications initiatives as required;
  • Manage and identify award opportunities and support award submissions
  • Manage directory listings and coordinate arrangements for corporate memberships
  • Monitor daily news in relation to the Group and its projects
  • Other ad hoc projects as and when required

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in corporate communications or financial PR in agencies or sizable companies
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing;
  • Well-versed in copywriting, translation and editing, as well as event management
  • Responsible, proactive and a good team player with strong communications skills
  • Able to work independently, handle multi-tasks, work under pressure and deal with tight deadlines
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Corporate Communications Officer
  • Immediate availability is preferred
