One Taikoo Place is a 47-storey Grade A office tower with 2-storey basement and gross floor area is approximately 1,000,000 sq. ft. The project created a best-in-class and sustainable skyscraper and a distinctive landmark in Island East. We provided combined electrical, extra-low voltage, fire services and plumbing and drainage installation for this project.
