The Hong Kong Jockey Club Conghua Racecourse

The Hong Kong Jockey Club, one of the world’s leading horse racing organisations, appointed ATAL as its service provider for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, drainage, fire services and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems for its new world-class facility for Hong Kong’s racehorses, opened in August 2018 in the outskirts of China’s southern metropolis, Guangzhou, on the site of the equestrian venue for the Guangzhou 2010 Asian Games. More than twice the size of Hong Kong’s Shatin Racecourse and its stable complexes, the new Conghua training centre has four tracks, numerous supporting buildings and facilities covering 150 hectares. It is ATAL’s job to keep its 650 horses cool, safe, and in peak condition in their stable complexes.
