Victoria Dockside is located in Tsim Sha Tsui, adjacent to the Promenade, the Avenue of Star, Hong Kong. It is a 66-storey premises which includes 4 storeys of basements with carparks, 6 storeys of hotel podiums, 15 storeys of offices, 18 storeys of hotel rooms and 20 storeys of hotel apartments with a total gross floor area of 1,300,000 sq. ft. Victoria Dockside is a composite building of grade A office, luxury hotel with superb panoramic harbour view, and hotel apartments under one roof. It has definitely become a new landmark in Tsim Sha Tsui. We provided electrical, plumbing and drainage and extra-low voltage installations for this project.
