Among the solutions that are implemented for Lee Garden Three, we provided ICT systems, building management system (BMS), extra-low voltage (ELV) systems, lighting control system, IP CCTV system, watchman tour system and carpark control system. This integrated solution has enabled all separate or standalone systems to be connected into a single network platform, ensuring operational efficiency.
