This expansion development called for two 12-storey towers. The towers stand on a 4-storey podium and the total floor area of the development is about 108,000sq. m. We provided comprehensive solutions, coordination, installation, testing and commissioning for major building services systems including MVAC, electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage and building management system.
