Senior Project Engineer-Energy Solutions (REF: CESP_ENY/SPE)

Responsibilities:

  • Implement energy savings related project including site works, project meetings and prepare related programs, drawings, equipment submission and other method statements
  • Attend and arrange meetings with client, main contractor, subcontractors and other teams of ATAL
  • Prepare analytic report for energy saving analysis, operation data against functional requirement
  • Supervise and inspect installation works against contract requirements
  • Liaise prices with subcontractors and suppliers and prepare purchase orders
  • Rectify defects and coordinate with subcontractors / suppliers
  • Study energy usage and recommend potential energy savings with payback analysis
  • Lead and supervise a team of co-workers

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Energy and Environmental / Energy Science / Mechanical / Electrical or related Engineering
  • Familiar with MVAC and Electrical system operation and maintenance concerns
  • 8 years’ relevant working experience in E&M contracting
  • Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical mind with good customer service skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Well-versed in MS Office and AutoCad
