The development is a 5-storey shopping mall with 4-storey basement, new public transport interchange, post-secondary college & MTR Station loading and unloading area and its gross floor area is approximately 1,360,000 sq. ft. The project will create a flagship shopping mall and will be a distinctive landmark in the New Territories East. Total power capacity is 19 x 2000 KVA TXs.
