St. Paul Hospital was established since 1898 and has grown to become a modern, high-tech medical complex in Hong Kong’s Causeway Bay. This private hospital had an extensive redevelopment programme that includes two new towers of 21 and 24 storeys with a 3-level basement car park. The new blocks were constructed in phases and increased capacity to almost 800 beds and provided new medical wards and facilities. We provided A&A works including MEP diversion and system upgrade for this redevelopment.
