ATAL Achieves Four Honours at the “HKIHRM HR Excellence Awards 2023/2024”

ATAL Engineering Group has been honored with four prestigious awards at the “HR Excellence Awards 2023/2024” organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM). The accolades include the “Green Achievement Award – Excellent Award”, “Management Trainee Programme Award – Elite Award”, “Talent Acquisition Award – Merit Award” and “Learning & Development Award – Merit Award”. The awards honour our internal practices with governance and signify our commitment to delivering excellence and sustainability in our corporate culture, benefiting our customers and the communities we serve.

Building on Ir Wan’s sentiments, Human Resources Director Ms Pat Poon commented, “The awards are a testament to our Group’s dedication to excellence in talent development and skill enhancement for our staff’s long-term career progression. We are committed to continuously refining our management trainee programmes, learning and development initiatives, and talent acquisition strategies in response to the ever-changing manpower landscapes.”
