In our building services practice, ATAL integrates air, fire, water and electrical systems to create the optimal environment for commercial, residential and office buildings. Our clients have included public and private institutions, utilities, commercial developers, industrial companies, and residential customers. Beginning in the early 1990s and into the 2000s, we expanded our business to mainland China and Macau from our base in Hong Kong.
Our services are multi-disciplinary. They include design, supply, installation, operation and maintenance of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems, electrical systems, fire services systems, plumbing and drainage systems, electrical and ELV systems and combined E&M engineering services for a wide range of buildings – commercial, residential, industrial, entertainment, utility, and educational – and the sourcing and provision of products for building services. In addition to general building services, our specialised business units provide specialised building services for data centres and healthcare and infrastructure facilities.
