職位描述：

• 對大樓設施進行日常檢查、維護和保養
• 處理日常維修任務，例如修復或更換損壞的設備和組件
• 處理設施設備的定期測試
• 監控和操作設施系統，如電力系統、空氣調節系統、管道系統等，確保其平穩運行
• 監控分包商以確保工程和服務具有良好的品質和標準
• 協助設施改善和升級項目，包括新設施設備的安裝和測試

要求：

• 屋宇設備/電機工程或其他工程學科的高級文憑/證書或以上
• 至少1年相關工作經驗，具備紮實的​設施維護與維修經驗
• 解決設施常見的基本故障技能
• 持有有效甲級或以上電業工程人員註冊證明書
• 持有有效建造業安全訓練證書（綠卡）
• 可即時上班者優先
