Responsibilities:

• Supervision of Project BIM Team for smooth execution and delivery of project with BIM technology.
• To complete BIM task work according to the specified requirement.
• Monitor and report on the performance and progress of BIM projects.
• To upkeep professional standard in engineering drawings.
• To communicate effectively with Assistant Engineers / Engineers / Project Engineers on requirements of drawing production.
• To follow the relevant Quality Procedures and other company requirements, where applicable.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as may be necessary from time to time.

Requirements:

• CIC certified BIM Coordinator (CCBC)
• Degree holder or above in construction management or related subject.
• Min. 6 years BIM exp. in construction industry, within which at least 1 year should be in managerial level in a BIM Team
• Good knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and construction projects
• Experience of consulting firm prefers, could propose on Design and Build concept to client’s requirements.
• Hands-on BIM software / applications experiences preferable (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks)
• Good interpersonal, leadership and team management skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
