Assistant Service Manager (E&M) (REF: SERE/ ASM)
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Service Manager to develop the business strategy and annual budget
- To support the Service Manager to monitor the status of major tender submissions and jobs in hand
- Prepare tender submission and conduct tender interviews
- To monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters of all current jobs
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical or Building Services, and preferably with Electrical professional membership
- Minimum 8 years of solid experience in managing large scale multi-discipline Building Services/E&M A&A works
- Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors
- Strong in leadership with good business acumen
- Good command in written and spoken in English & Chinese
