Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage HVAC services, replacement and maintenance works
• Work with Service Manager to develop business strategy and annual budget
• Support Service Manager to monitor the status of major tender submissions and jobs in hand
• Prepare tender submission and conduct tender interviews
• Monitor overall financial, commercial, contractual and technical matters of all current job

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Building Services, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 8 years of solid experience in managing large scale multi-discipline Building Services/E&M A&A works
• Good communication and sound relationship with cooperation parties including clients and subcontractors
• Strong in leadership with good business acumen
• Good command in written and spoken in English and Chinese
