Administration Officer (Ref: ADM/AO)

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration functions such as general administration, facilities management, purchase and procurement, and correspondence follow-up to ensure smooth office operations
  • Work closely with related parties on renovation projects and coordinate with vendors to ensure projects completion within timeframe.
  • Handle tenancy agreement renewal and premises searching
  • Handling of office systems such as telecommunication system, security system etc.
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required
  • Requirements:

    • Diploma, High Diploma or degree holder or above
    • 8-10 years all rounded office administration experience in sizable companies and solid experience on office renovation is a MUST
    • Good time management and multi tasks capability
    • Good supervising skill to train and monitor the junior
    • High proficiency in PC skills, Knowledge of layout & floor plan drawing is a plus
    • Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, customer oriented
    • Proactive, self-motivated, well-organized and independent
    • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese & Mandarin
    • Good communications and interpersonal skills, able to interact effectively with people at different levels
