Operation Engineer (REF: SPW/OE)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing waste management or sewage/sludge handling facilities project(s)
• Design and build and/or operation and maintenance of facilities dedicated to the management of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW), industrial or commercial waste, including waste collection and transport; waste treatment; waste recycling; waste receipt, unloading, processing, and storage; landfill disposal; or landfill restoration
• Collection and delivery services for any type of waste, including but not limited to food waste, MSW, animal waste or chemical waste, except construction waste
• Design and build and/or operation and maintenance of sewage/sludge pumping, treatment and handling facilities such as sewage pumping station, preliminary treatment works, sewage treatment facilities, or sludge treatment facilities

Requirements:

• High Diploma or equivalent in a relevant science or engineering subject
• At least 5 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of projects
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self motivated, Independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Project
