Responsibilities:

• Build up and enrich the relationship between the real estate developers
• Regular visit/meeting to the real estate developers
• Register to the sub-contractor from the real estate developers’ sub-contractor list
• Coordinate between internally and externally to provide proposal and submit tenders
• Negotiate and follow up sales proposals/tenders with clients
• Conduct contract review and co-ordinate among clients
• Prepare contract documents
• Meet sales target and coordinate with project team to complete the projects
• Assist the Sales Manager in all activities as required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Engineering or Marketing disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of new equipment sales in lift industrial
• Proficiency in MS Office especially for Words, Excel and Power Point
• Self-motivated, good interpersonal & communication skills have the drive to achieve/exceed sales target
• Mandarin spoken is preferable
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• Travel to Macau/PRC may be required
