Dr. Mak Kin Wah serves as the Chairman and Executive Director of ATAL Engineering Group. Dr. Mak is responsible for the Group’s business, as well as leading its overall strategic planning and major decision making.

Dr. Mak began his career as an engineer in Australia, Hong Kong and the United Kingdom, and has over 30 years of experience in business management across varied major corporations and non-government organisations. His unique combination of experience includes being the Inaugural President of Saint Francis University (Hong Kong), research, education, incubation of technology start-ups, and business development and leadership.

Dr. Mak is a member of the Institution of Civil Engineers and the Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology. He is chairman of The Hong Kong Society for the Aged, chairman of the English Schools Foundation, general committee member of the Employers’ Federation of Hong Kong, member of the Hong Kong Housing Society, and council member of the Hong Kong Management Association, and Court member of Hong Kong Baptist University.
