Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling customer enquiry, emergency calls & complaint in a professional and timely manner

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above, preferably with 1 year’s call centre experience
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Proficiency in MS Office (English & Chinese)
  • Good command of both spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is an advantage
