Assistant Sales Manager – Energy Saving Solutions (REF: CESS/ASM)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sales and marketing of Energy Saving and Retro-Commissioning solutions
- Develop RcX business and expand customer base in the building Industry
- Using IoT sensor, AI, Big data and Cloud-based system to assist
- Provide professional Energy Saving Opportunities Recommendation
- Understand, modify and enhance different BMS system to achieve saving target
- Responsible for pre-sales activities such as customer visit, total solution selling and presentation
- Responsible for tender estimation, preparation and submission
Requirements:
- Degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services or Energy Engineering. Other related discipline shall also be considered
- Over 5 years relevant Sales Experience, preferably in M&E, BS, BMS and energy management. Experience in HVAC T&C, Operation and Maintenance will also be considered
- Independent and aggressive in meeting with target
- Strong analytical mind with good customer service skills
- People management experience is an advantage
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
