  • Responsible for project coordination and providing clerical support to the site office
  • To assist in providing a full spectrum of office administration services


  • Higher Diploma or above and preferably with formal secretarial training
  • 3 years relevant working experience in engineering company is preferable
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility, a team player, customer oriented & well-organized
  • High proficiency in PC skills
  • Immediately available is preferable
